Walker Baptist Medical Center Recognizes Employees of the Quarter

Special honor is part of hospital’s newly formed employee recognition program

JASPER, ALA. – Walker Baptist Medical Center today announced the inaugural recipients of its newly formed employee recognition program. The Employee of the Quarter Award Program recognizes the outstanding qualities and contributions of employees who go above and beyond to support the hospital’s mission and goals. Each quarter, five team members are honored for emulating the mission, along with one of the following core values:

According to Walker Baptist Medical Center Associate Administrator, Suzanne Pugh, “Every member of our Walker Baptist family plays a pivotal role in our operation and truer words have never been spoken that the role they held over the past year when our patients and community needed us most. We are excited to launch this new program, which will allow us to recognize deserving employees each quarter and continue to highlight the high-quality, compassionate care our team provides.”
