Walker Baptist Medical Center Recognizes Employees of the Quarter

Special honor is part of hospital’s newly formed employee recognition program
employees-recogJASPER, ALA. – Walker Baptist Medical Center announces the second quarter recipients of its newly formed employee recognition program. The Employee of the Quarter Award Program recognizes the outstanding qualities and contributions of employees who go above and beyond to support the hospital’s mission and values. Each quarter, five team members are honored for emulating the mission, along with one of the following core values, which include service, innovation, transparency, quality and integrity. 

“Every member of our Walker Baptist family plays a pivotal role in our operation and that’s been especially true this past year when our patients and community needed us most,” Walker Baptist Associate Administrator Suzanne Pugh said in a press release. "We are excited to continue this new program, which will allow us to recognize deserving employees each quarter and continue to highlight the high-quality, compassionate care our team provides.” 

Shown in the photo above from left to right are the employees most recently recognized include Michelle Lawson, ultrasound tech for Integrity; Aleisa Henderson, health information management representative for Innovation; Glenessa Henry in dietary for Service; Jeremy Hodges, manager in surgical services for Quality and Amanda Key, registered nurse for Transparency.
